What’s the difference between the Mac and iPhone/iPad apps?

Enable iCloud Sync to share changes across your devices.

To remove your current charm, open its details and select Remove from Scene.
How do I move my charm on Mac?
Click and drag the charm window to position it on your desktop. If it won’t move, check that Enable X-Ray Mode is turned off in Tiny Charms Settings.
Can my charm stay above other windows?
Yes. Open Tiny Charms Settings and enable Float Main Window on Top.
You can also enable Hover Opacity to make the window partially transparent when your pointer is away from it.

How do I use a hidden recipe?
Open Charms Library → Achievements, enter your recipe in Enter Hidden Recipe, and select Submit. Check the hints on undiscovered charms if you need a little inspiration.
Common Issues
My iPhone or iPad library is empty. What should I do?
If you enabled iCloud Sync, your mobile library initially waits for library data from the Mac app.
Open Tiny Charms on your Mac, make sure iCloud Sync is enabled on both devices, and check that they use the same Apple Account. Allow some time for the initial sync, then reopen the apps if needed.
Changes on one device aren’t appearing on another.
Check your internet connection and make sure Enable iCloud Sync is turned on in Tiny Charms Settings on each device. Both devices should use the same Apple Account.
If you just changed that setting, quit and reopen the app so it takes effect. Sync can take a little time.
I can see my charm, but I can’t click or move it.
Open Tiny Charms Settings from the Mac menu bar and turn off Enable X-Ray Mode.
X-Ray Mode sends clicks through to the apps behind your charm, which also prevents dragging.
A charm won’t download, or the download list is empty.
Check your internet connection. On the download screen, use Refresh, or Retry if it appears. If you’re searching or filtering, clear those selections to see the full list.
If the problem continues, contact us with your device, app version, and the charm’s name.
